HDP12-006   Revision to a previously approved Hillside Development Permit (HDP12-003) to allow an approximately 8’ tall gabion rock wall extending approximately 60’ along the southern property line; an approximately 42” tall gabion rock wall extending along the south side of the driveway; a 6’ tall gabion rock wall and a 6’ tall solid redwood fence (with 2’ of lattice above) along the northern property line; and, an approximately 42” tall gabion wall at the front of the property to incorporate a lighted address sign.
