Before any new recycled water system is constructed or any existing system is converted to recycled water use, a site must be permitted by the City of Santa Rosa Utilities Department.

Starting in early 2010, the City of Santa Rosa will be implementing a small expansion to our recycled water system along Stony Point Road.  For additional information on the expansion or to find out about connecting to the recycled water system, please contact the Recycled Water Program at 707-543-3938.
