High Performance Bat Policy

Santa Rosa Recreation Department has a concern for the safety of the player’s in our leagues, due to the technology of the bats being developed each year. To help with some of the problems the City of Santa Rosa will allow only single wall aluminum only bats for the 2013 softball season. At no time will multi-wall bats or bats containing composite or titanium be allowed. The City of Santa Rosa reserves the right to ban any bat during the season that may cause a safety issue, including some single wall bats.
