WORK SCHEDULE: Non-management fire suppression personnel work two 24-hour shifts in a 6-shift cycle as follows:

A = A-Shift On Duty 

B = B-Shift On Duty 

C = C-Shift On Duty

A A - B B - C C -  A A - B B - C C -  A A - B B - C C  ...

HOLIDAYS:  Included in work schedule. Personnel are paid once a year in liu of time off.

PROBATIONARY PERIOD:  Non-management fire suppression personnel serve an 18-month  probationary period.
